Manhattan’s first legal whiskey distillery since Prohibition. Bourbon & Bites is a one-hour guided tour of our distillery which will include an overview of our story, ingredients, equipment and process. You will then sit down and taste three Whiskeys and an Applejack, all perfectly paired with some bites from our local purveyors.
